Feature highlight: New Tiles view

🤩 Make events visually appealing like never before.

Three screens show Tiles view with a great visual event display for conference agendas, tours, itineraries, public events, and more

Teamup’s newest calendar view provides a  clean, polished visual display of events. Try it out for ongoing events listings, community calendars, photo journaling, conference agendas, and more. It looks great for embedded calendars, too. The tile size can be set to small, medium, or large as demonstrated below. Click to see for yourself!

Each event tile displays a cover image (if there is one uploaded to the event description or attachments field). If the event does not contain an image, Tiles view will show a colorful header that matches the sub-calendar color. And you can set the event sort order to chronological (calendar default) or reverse chronological (blog style). To see for yourself: Simply select Tiles on your own calendar!

Formatted text field: Organizing information better

👌 Improve information structure and organization with the new formatted text fields.

A calendar editor shows the formatted text field above the description field. Both fields have text formatted in bullet points. A label says Formatted Text Field. The background is purple.
The formatted text field provides a new degree of control for better information organization.

  • Plenty of room: While single-line text fields are limited in how much text can be input, formatted text fields provide a large text area.
  • Rich text formatting: The text area has formatting and linking options similar to the Description field (but without file uploading ability).
  • Configurable visibility: You can choose whether the field is visible to all users or only users with modify permission. The visibility setting provides a great degree of control and flexibility for setting up your own unique workflows.

Improved event editor design

This redesign provides many improvements to fonts, field layout, select lists and buttons, links, etc. for a more user-friendly and attractive interface when creating and editing events.

If you need to keep track of changes to events on your calendar, there are several methods: change notifications, push notifications, edit history on the event, and Table view.

Send a payment link to the billing contact

Often, the billing contact is responsible only for paying the calendar subscription and does not need access to the full calendar settings. In these cases, the administrator can simply send a payment/billing update link to the billing contact.

Share booking availability with details hidden

How do you share room availability without also sharing the confidential details on the calendar? Teamup has the solution.

Duplicate an event on the Teamup app

Duplicating an event allows you to quickly create a copy of an event on a different sub-calendar. Here’s how to do it on the Teamup app.

Three phone screens show Teamup calendar: List view with one event showing; a green tooltip says "Tap an event to open it." Then the event editor; the green tooltip points to the upper right corner and says "Tap the three dot menu." Then we see a pop-up menu at the bottom of the event with options to Share, Copy URL, Open page, Duplicate, and Delete event. The green tooltip says "Tap Duplicate."

Show contents of an event field in event titles

Make your calendar view more informative by keeping certain pieces of information in view without having to open an event. You can choose to show the contents of any event field in the titles of events, automatically.
