- If you access your calendar directly via a calendar link (which you can find or create in Settings > Sharing), you can append ‘print’ to the end of your link to achieve what you are after. Here’s how it would look:
Then you can share that link with anyone who needs to quickly access a printable version of your calendar. Of course, be sure to use a link with appropriate permission settings. A read-only link with /print appended to the end is a good way to go.
